BREAKING: The Montreal Canadiens have dealt forward Max Domi and a 2020 third round selection to the Columbus Blue Jackets in exchange for forward Josh Anderson. It appears as though Philip Danault will be sticking around a bit longer in Montreal, as the Domi experiment has run its course. Domi had 45 goals, 116 points and 115 penalty minutes in 153 total games with the Habs. Anderson, a Blue Jackets’ lifer has 65 goals, 115 points and 212 career penalty minutes. He had just one goal and four points in 26 games last season. He brings a very enticing physical element to the Habs. Both players are pending Restricted Free-Agents.
