Let's talk hot spring etiquette IDAHO has the most soakable hot springs out of any other state! With that being said, there is a few things to remember when you are visiting hot springs. Though there are a few more to consider, there are 3 top things to keep in mind Keep the noise down. Be respectful of others' space. People go to relax, unwind and unplug. Be welcoming, friendly, and courteous. Be willing to share the hot spring, and if you are visiting a smaller one, be mindful of how long you are in there if others are waiting. Leave no trace. Leave the hot springs better than you found them. Make sure everything you pack in, you pack out, including trash, food, drinks, and belongings.
