I have always hated the phrase because there's no way to measure your best- it's something that you have to internalize and hold yourself accountable to. To me, it's shooting that photo that you've had in your head- or taking hours to shoot that one video sequence that you've envisioned. Even though it's tedious and extremely time-consuming to find a song for a project; it makes it worth it when you've got your eyes closed and the music can direct your mind to the footage you need.
