Blanket statement: I think all creatives are slow to credit other's work, and also to give credit to their own work. If you're like me, you judge every project-even if it's considered finished. There isn't such a thing as a completely finished project, or even a well-shot photo. Just wanted to throw out some encouragement. @retayarms hosted a giveaway back in April. I wasn't going to throw my name in the hat, but I decided to try and put something together. Long story short. That Retay Gordion shotgun from yesterday's story was actually the gun they were giving away. The point of the story isn't the shotgun- it's the fact that if you feel inside that you should take a door or put your work on display- the answer is YES. Perfection may be unachievable in your mind, but other's may appreciate your work; regardless of whether or not you feel like it's "worthy".
