My boy chriswharder is not only my partner in the dyrdekmachine portfolio companies outstandingfoods and cccxxxiii, but he is also one of the most inspiring friends I have. He coaches and mentors many entrepreneurs and last night I had the privilege of speaking to his elite group. I spoke about my concept of designing your life to be balanced. Not trying to find work/life balance, but treating everything as one life. Focus on your energy and create clear plans for every aspect of your life, including your time.
