Members of the SAS Certamen team are doing an outstanding job at the National Certamen competition! Yesterday, Advanced Certamen members Bering Edwards '22 and Emma Schmidt '21 won their round with 195 points versus 105 for Virginia and 10 for California. They are currently second in the overall standings. Giulia Faini '25, Martina Faini '25, and Meredith Shaw '23 are competing on wild card teams used to fill out the bracket. In Round 1, they played as Intermediate Alpha and Beta. Yesterday and today they are playing as Novice Alpha.
