Fabian Coleman has committed to play football for LaGrange College here in Georgia. He was recruited as a linebacker/running back for the Panthers, who compete in the USA South Athletic Conference. Coleman played three years of Varsity Football, serving as a Team Captain during his senior year. He was a member of the 2021 Region Championship team and received this year’s Raider Award for his efforts both inside and outside the classroom. He started playing football in middle school at Arlington Christian in Fairburn. Coleman is also a two-year member of the Varsity Track & Field team, where he has represented Riverwood in discus, shot put, and the 100-meter dash. Coleman is a member of the Black Student Union, Fellowship of Christian Athletes, National Society of High School Scholars, and Riverwood’s Magnet Program.
