In San Cristobal de las Casas — a small village in Mexico with more than 2,000 children in need of nourishment, education and encouragement — Hector Jorge Ordonez and his fellow volunteers at La Casa de Las Flores use the power of collaboration to make a difference. He was drawn to the nonprofit in 2012 and has been helping kids at the shelter ever since, saying he's motivated by shared values of equity and inclusion in his daily work with HPE as a content strategist.
