The Intro to Olympic Lifting workshop at TWIST TriCities is coming up on May 23 & May 30. Session one covers how to warm up/prep the right way for Olympic lifts, the DB snatch and it's variations and also introduces Jump Training (and how it differs from plyometrics). In session two, get coached on the hang clean and push jerk variations as well as plyometrics and short distance speed training. Everything Adults & Youth 14+ need to develop explosive power, speed and strength (and transform their physique). Link in bio for details and how to register. Very limited spaces available. . .
