More single leg (unilateral) training for you! Everyone can benefit from the single leg RDL. This exercise can be used to increase movement patterning for nearly every pulling movement, increase joint and movement integrity, and bulletproof your body. Adding this exercise can be as simple as adding them to your movement prep/warm up or as part of your lower body workout.
