One day I pulled on my favourite pair of jeans and they were a little snug around the waistline.
No big deal, just a little bloated right?
But it didn’t go away.
As a coach I was doing all of the “right” things. I lived a healthy lifestyle…strength training and eating a healthy diet but it just seemed to suddenly stop working.
And then a friend in the industry recommended I take a look at what I WASN’T doing.
You’ll never guess what I wasn’t doing…even though my diet was very healthy, I wasn’t eating ENOUGH food!
My friend said “you need to eat more food and you’ll start to shed that body fat.”
Whoa, hold on. “I should eat MORE to lose weight???”
It’s true, but more on that tomorrow.
