“If you don’t use it, you lose it.” ⁠ ⁠ We use our balance muscles all day, every day without even realizing it and we actually lose balance as we age. ⁠ ⁠ Most of us don’t even realize that we have weak balance until we attempt balance exercises. ⁠ ⁠ Balance is important when it comes to working out because it increases stability.
