𝐂𝐫𝐮𝐜𝐢𝐟𝐞𝐫𝐨𝐮𝐬 𝐒𝐥𝐚𝐰
𝐈𝐧𝐠𝐫𝐞𝐝𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬
✔️ 2 cup broccoli florets, sliced thinly
✔️ 6 large brussels sprouts, thinly sliced
✔️ 2 large kale leaves, chopped small
✔️ ¼ small cabbage, sliced thin and chopped small
Creamy Lemon Dressing:
✔️ ½ cup avocado oil mayo
✔️ 1 lemon, juiced
✔️ ½ teaspoon salt
𝐃𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐬
Add all the sliced/chopped vegetables to a medium sized bowl.
Whisk together ingredients for the Creamy Lemon Dressing.
Pour the dressing over the vegetables and stir well.
Let the slaw sit for at least 10 minutes.
