𝐃𝐞𝐥𝐚𝐲𝐞𝐝 𝐎𝐧𝐬𝐞𝐭 𝐌𝐮𝐬𝐜𝐥𝐞 𝐒𝐨𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐞𝐬𝐬 (affectionately known as DOMS) is the muscle soreness you experience 24-36 hours post workout. Good DOMS is is the light soreness that is noticeable enough that we know we worked out but isn't too painful to move. Bad DOMS, on the other hand, is muscle pain that is tender to the touch or restricts normal movement (sitting, walk down stairs). Try these pro tips to prevent or ease the discomfort of DOMS.
