Meet Coach Alyssa!⁠ ⁠ Alyssa’s sport background consisted of playing soccer for 12 years at a high, competitive level. After ACL reconstruction surgeries on both knees stopped her from being able to do what she loved, she found a passion for strength training, hiking, and paddle boarding.⁠ ⁠ Alyssa is currently completing her Bachelor of Physical Education and Coaching Degree with a Kinesiology specialization at Douglas College.
