I know many of you have met Coach TJ, but for those who haven't had the pleasure yet - here you go!⁠ ⁠ TJ comes from a background of athletics growing up playing basketball, and football, and competing competitively in baseball⚾, and tae kwon do🥋 . He achieved a second-degree black belt in tae kwon do, and was invited to compete as a member of Team Canada in the World Martial Art Games. In baseball, he has competed on Team BC in the Western Canadian Championships, and eventually signed a scholarship to continue his career in college.⁠ ⁠ TJ attended Shoreline Community College, and Dickinson State University, to continue his education, and baseball career. Through his studies TJ focused on exercise science, and coaching, received multiple Deans List Honours, and was awarded 2016 NWAC All-Academic Honours. ⁠ ⁠ TJ is excited to begin his career as a trainer and pass on the knowledge he has gained through his travels.
