Sadly, the majority of messages out there focus on the hazards of too much sun exposure especially the risk of skin cancer. What we don't hear so much about is the increase in diseases due to decreased exposure to sunlight which can be linked to vitamin D deficiencies - ๐ค๐ซ๐๐ง ๐ ๐๐๐ก๐ก๐๐ค๐ฃ ๐ฅ๐๐ค๐ฅ๐ก๐ ๐ฌ๐ค๐ง๐ก๐๐ฌ๐๐๐ ๐๐๐ซ๐ ๐ก๐ค๐ฌ ๐ก๐๐ซ๐๐ก๐จ ๐ค๐ ๐ฉ๐๐๐จ ๐๐ข๐ฅ๐ค๐ง๐ฉ๐๐ฃ๐ฉ ๐ซ๐๐ฉ๐๐ข๐๐ฃ.
