It allows you to look back at everything you did that week (good or bad), to see what you've accomplished and what you need to work on.โ  โ  Remember though, that it's not just looking at what you "failed at" it is also an opportunity to celebrate your wins, no matter how small they are.โ  โ  Some questions to ask yourself are:โ  โ  1. What habits did I achieve this week?โ  2. What progress can I celebrate?โ  3. Are my short term and long term fitness goals still aligned?โ  4. What could I have spent more or less time doing?โ  5. Did I learn anything new about myself?โ  6.
