Give this healthier version a try!⁠ ⁠ Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding⁠ ⁠ Ingredients⁠ ● 1 - 14 oz can coconut milk⁠ ● 1⁄3 cup chia seeds⁠ ● 1⁄4 cup maple syrup⁠ ● 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder⁠ ● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract⁠ ● 1⁄4 cup coconut flakes⁠ ● Raspberries or blueberries (optional for topping)⁠ ⁠ Directions⁠ ⁠ 1. In a 1 quart sized bowl, combine all ingredients (except berries).⁠ ⁠ 2. Whisk together and chill for at least 3 hours.⁠ ⁠ 3.
