Sometimes that sweet tooth gets the best of us. Give this healthier version a try! Chocolate Chia Seed Pudding Ingredients ● 1 - 14 oz can coconut milk ● 1⁄3 cup chia seeds ● 1⁄4 cup maple syrup ● 3 Tablespoons cocoa powder ● 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ● 1⁄4 cup coconut flakes ● Raspberries or blueberries (optional for topping) Directions 1. In a 1 quart sized bowl, combine all ingredients (except berries). 2. Whisk together and chill for at least 3 hours. 3. Serve into bowls and top with berries.
