Here is a quick ideal check list for your work, away from work. ✅ Head should be upright when looking at the screen, and the top of your screen should align with your eyes looking forward. ✅ Elbows should be at a 90° angle
✅ Hips should be at a 90-110° angle
✅ Knees should be at a 90° angle
✅ Feet should be flat on the floor

💡Some ideas to help:
- Add books under your feet if they aren’t reaching the floor.
- Raise your chair so your arms and shoulders can rest comfortably.
- Use books to raise your computer screen. If you’re working from a laptop try to get a wireless keyboard and mouse so the screen can be higher.
- Use a small pillow if your chair has no lumbar support.
