🗳A year ago today I was fulfilling my dream to see the Supreme Court. I had never been to DC and it was the one thing I needed to see. At the time I figured this was the closest I’d ever come to meeting my hero RBG. I was right. While I was there I couldn’t help but think “This is where it all happens. Everything that matters, happens here.” A very simple thought, but looking back on it now I couldn’t agree more. I don’t want to imagine where we could be after November 3rd. Truly can’t even begin to fathom because it hurts too much and if I’m being honest, I’m really scared. This post started out positive and definitely took a turn. How 2020 of me.
