Voting for Hillary Clinton in 2016 was the first major election I was old enough to be apart of. I just kept thinking- I get to do this now, I’m apart of IT. I will never not be a voter ever again. It was a defining moment for me in so many ways and regardless of the outcome, I am still filled with hope that we can make a difference. . . . . There’s something so special about election day in NYC. I love riding on the train and seeing fellow passengers wear their stickers with pride. I look forward to buying a treat from the student run bake sale at my polling site each election.
