The first ‘Highlander’ movie was released 35 years ago in March of 1986. The action sci-fi focuses on Connor MacLeod, an immortal warrior from the Scottish Highlands. MacLeod was born in 1518 in the village of Glenfinnan on the shores of Loch Shiel. After living hundreds of years, he and the world’s immortals gather in New York City in 1985.
