University of Maine Baseball welcomes Matt Marsh to the coaching staff. Matt worked for several travel organizations before starting his own with the Motus Academy, which grew from 91 athletes to 238 within 3 years. Matt oversaw 61 of his players go on to play college ball as well as 1 draft pick with Ben Brown. Matt also coached at Ward Melville HS for two years where he compiled a 30-9 record and received the Suffolk County League I Coach of the Year Award in 2017. #blackbearsnation #respecttheM #trusttheprocess
