We must sadly announce that Colleen is departing the Bowerman Track Club after 6 fantastic years. Colleen joined BTC when the women’s team had only very recently expanded from 2 women to 3. She immediately helped put the #BowermanBabes on the path to becoming the world dominating force they are today by making the 2015 World Championship team in the steeplechase. She would repeat that feat at the Olympics in 2016 and the World Championships in both 2017 and 2019- an incredible streak of top 3 finishes. She lowered her Steeplechase personal best from 9:29 to 9:10, becoming the 3rd fastest American of all-time. Her BTC achievements have not been limited to the barriers and water pit, however. She’s run a blistering 4:03 for 1500m, made the World Indoor 1500m final in 2018, and was the 2019 US Indoor Champion at that distance.
