2019 Top 10 Part 2: Carrie at Worlds ⠀ Shoe designer, Mom, Bad Ass runner- Carrie balances them all with seeming ease. This summer she got the chance to go a little more all in on the running as she prepped to represent Team USA in Doha. She took time off of work to train with the Pro team in Park City and endured some truly horrific sounding sessions in the heat chamber to help acclimatize to the desert heat. She was justly rewarded with a 13th place finish at the World Championships. ⠀ Carrie’s story is special because she has responsibilities other world class athletes don’t. But her marks don’t need a narrative or a pro contract to back them up. They stand all on their own.
