10th ANNUAL BTC 5K IS HERE!!! ⠀ We’ve got a host of great additions to celebrate the race turning double digits: ⠀ 🚨 TEAMS If you’re not in the hunt for individual glory, there will now be a team race (5 runners to score) with male, female, and co-ed divisions. ⠀ 🚨 TRAINING PROGRAM We’ll be offering a training plan with Coach Steve Edwards with twice weekly workout sessions starting June 1st. It will be a great way to get fit for the event, learn a few things, and build the BTC community! ⠀ 🚨 NEW CHARITIES We’re also expanding our charitable impact to include two causes that are near and dear to our hearts. In addition to continuing to support the Julius Achon Foundation, we will be donating proceeds to Lopez Lomong's "4 South Sudan" project and "Embrace Oregon", an organization that helps support local foster kids and families, including our own Andrew and Anne Bumbalough.
