Less than two weeks until the nycmarathon! 2:30 marathoner, Nike shoe designer, mom, and all around badass, Carrie Dimoff was out at Sauvie Island yesterday for her last hard long run. After a long warm up she did 4 miles at faster than marathon pace, 6 miles steady, and finished with 6 miles fartlek.
