It’s been nearly 11 months of hard training. From cold rainy hill days in November, to hard long runs at altitude, to burner track sessions in the summer sun, to weight sessions everywhere in between. Every athlete has different sources of motivation; different things that get them through each day. But through it all their eyes are on that ultimate goal at the end of the year, when the lights are on and the crowd is cheering and all the hard work will pay off.
