It was a dense and diverse weekend of track action in Europe. So much happened it’s hard to cover it all! Amongst all the excitement we don’t want to leave out the London Diamond League meet that took place Saturday and Sunday. In the Women’s Mile, Kate battles in a tough field and set a lifetime PR of 4:20. Moh and Ryan were in a relatively slow and tactical 5,000m that came down a bunch sprint on the last lap. Moh had the wheels for a 54 second close to run 13:16 and place 7th.
