At the end of each practice, one team member is selected as the VIP and gets to sit in the middle of the team circle. Each team member takes a turn and shares a positive quality or memory about the VIP. We do this to shower them with praise, lift them up, and ecourage a positive environment for our team to grow and thrive in!
