And ruff stuff can seem much more challenging when we don’t feel like we have supportive people to go to… so support team, I’m looking at you!👀  Here are some pro tips for how to support someone who is struggling with their mental health: 💙 Let them know you are grateful they trusted you enough to share. 💙 Say less, listen more.  You aren’t supposed to know how to “fix” it, & likely, what they need from you most is care and support, NOT a solution. 💙 Breathe! Slowww dowwwn. The calmer you are, the calmer they will be. There is no rush. 💙 Keep the focus on them.
