There’s a lot of change going on this time of year! Whether you are graduating, moving, heading home, starting a new job, ending a relationship, or starting a new relationship—you’re shaking things up! 🎉 And sometimes, all that change can feel a little ruff on our mental health. 🫣
So here are a few tips to help keep your tail wagging even in times of transition:
🔹 Remember, this isn’t the first time you’ve coped with change. Ask yourself, what helped me get through it last time, and what did I learn?🧐 Try that stuff again.
🔹 Stop comparing yourself! Stay away from “should” and “supposed to” 🙅♀️— because nobody knows what they are doing 100% of the time, even if they look like they do on social media. You are
