Cocoa, whyyy are you telling me this dreary news? You’re being such a downer. Well, I bring this up because we CAN, talk about hard things, so let's talk:
1️⃣ Blue days happen, they just do, and that’s okay; it doesn’t make you a broken or bad dog for having a blue day. 🫶
2️⃣ If today or this week feels especially rough, it's NORMAL, and you aren’t alone. 🫂
