I’m all about the “train on your own when no one is watching” energy. Here’s a drill that you can do at home, neighborhood park, or even the gym. You can train by yourself or with a family member or a friend. All you need is a resistance band.

(Set up 4 cones in a row for each side to maximize reps)
Really key in on your low save form by driving your hands to the ball and having a powerful step (your body goes where your hands go, and you hands go where your eyes go). Remember to stay stacked and drive the ball off the cone.
