She has been the Knight’s leading scorer each of her three seasons, averaging 15 PPG for her career. Having already surpassed the 1000 point mark, she is a two-time All-WBAL First Team, All-Metro Second Team, and All-Bay Area Second Team selection. Avery plays tenaciously on both ends of the ball. Offensively, she has the ability to leave anyone in the dust off the dribble and make high-difficulty pull-up shots over the top of rangy defenders. On the defensive end, she has the eye to read passing lanes like a free safety, as she has averaged 3 or more SPG each season.
