Negative pull ups are great because you can use them if you are trying to get your very FIRST pull up OR if you’re trying to progress and do more reps🫶🏻 Usually, I will go until failure with my unassisted pull ups and then on my last one I’ll hold up at the top of the movement and then SLOWLY lower down.
