Please welcome Prof. Rani Deighe Crowe, the newest addition to bsuenglish's screenwriting faculty. We're excited you're here! Rani Deighe Crowe is a writer, director, actor, filmmaker, teacher, and collaborative interdisciplinary artist. Rani is currently working with filmmaker, Jeanette Buck, on development for their next short film, Heather Has Four Mommies, which was shortlisted by the Kevin Spacey Foundation Artists of Choice Awards for US Film. Rani's short films, Beautiful Eyes, Estragon's Boot, and Texting: A Love Story have screened at over 70 festivals around the world, including Mykonos Biennale, Tallgrass Film Festival, Melbourne Indie Film Festival, and RapidLion Film Festival in South Africa. Her screenplays have won Honorable Mention at the Women's Independent Film Festival and finalist in the Hollywood Screenplay Competition and Cannes Screenplay Contest.
