Don’t count jumping on TriMet to get a Double Double out just yet. An application by In-N-Out Burger that was denied in 2022 has been approved conditionally by Washington County. While many in the neighborhood are concerned about the traffic a new In-N-Out would cause, the application was originally denied on a zoning issue – the area that In-N-Out hoped to develop was partially located on land where a drive-thru is not allowed. But, according to an update sent out by the county, that location, 10565 S.W. Beaverton-Hillsdale Highway in unincorporated Washington County, is now back in play.
