Trying out the new MetaHumans creator by unrealengine - entirely cloud based software that allows anyone to create a photorealistic human. I argue that as dystopian as it may sound, digital humans have a very strong future. When you think about it, in many instances our online lives have taken precedent over our offline lives. Here's an interesting thought. Decades from now, are we going to be able to create our own digital universes? With the rapid advancements in AI & VR, these two world's will converge in unbelievable ways to create not only the future of gaming, but productivity, and life in general. Future societies will be built in these virtual worlds, and for many, these worlds will become people's primary lives in a way. Scary? Pathetic? Exciting?
