Over 28,000 people have signed a petition to get legislation passed that would make it mandatory for bars to call cabs or Ubers for intoxicated and disoriented individuals. The petition comes after the death of Riley Strain, a University of Missouri student. Strain had been at a bar with his fraternity brothers in Nashville, Tennessee, but was asked to leave by staff and went missing.
