We've seen our last patient of the day, and, this cold Friday, it's Thomas - one of our semi-pro footballers who ruptured his ACL in December. He is awaiting ACL reconstruction at the beginning of February but has been coming to thelewinclinic for his prehab with laurarachelm to gain better range and strengthen up to make sure he has the best outcomes post surgery. Six weeks ago he had minimal flexion and was lacking full extension in his knee. He was in severe pain walking and hardly able to walk. Today he had 135 degrees of flexion, full extension and his strength has improved greatly week by week. Next stop….
