Sorry but very satisfying to discharge shaqzle following his difficult year with reconstructive ankle surgery and concurrent insertional Achilles tendinopathy on his other leg. He's restored full range in the ankle and is pain free on his drills, and even managed a quick 5k last week 🙌 The Achilles is also symptom free after a long process of gradually increased isometric loading and then into slow, heavy loading before finally the elastic storage/plyometric work.
