We’re delighted to introduce the newest member of The Lewin Sports Injury Clinic to you! Laura Marks will be joining us on July 1st as our newly appointed senior physiotherapist, with extensive experience having worked in physiotherapy since 2007. Since graduating Laura spent five years in the NHS rotating across all areas before specialising in Musculoskeletal Physiotherapy at which point she joined private practice in 2012. Laura went on to add to her skills by studying acupuncture and trigger point needling for Musculoskeletal pain and headaches, Sports massage therapy and Myofascial release. She is also trained in shock wave therapy and currently Laura is furthering her studies to become APPI trained in Pilates matwork teaching as well. In her spare time, Laura loves to keep active by running and cycling. She loves racing and actively participates in half marathon and marathon races and is working on her duathlon racing next.
