A couple of months ago Colin was helping two wonderful patients james_elkin_amws and lauren1512 with some injury issues to get them physically ready for the 26.2miles of the londonmarathon 🏃🏼‍♀️🏃🏼 James had to defer the 2019 race due to injury and Lauren was unable to run for over three months in the build-up to October’s event because of injury. It was Lauren’s first marathon and they both did brilliantly and absolutely smashed their target times of sub-4 hours finishing together in 3:49 💥 To thank Colin they sent him one of their #40thrace medals with this lovely card.
