We are only 10 days away from #LettingTheGatorGrowl! 🐊 In honor of this important tradition, we will be sharing our top 10 UF Homecoming & Gator Growl moments. Today, we are bringing it back to 1932, when the event officially earned the name “Gator Growl.” The name stuck after a Florida Blue Key member replied “just let the gator growl!” when deciding the show’s new name at a meeting. Throughout the years, this name has become an important representation of the pride, spirit, and unity brought by this flagship event over the years.
