Open Sessions Artist 2018-20: Johanna Unzuetawhen did you decide to become an artist, and why?
.
“I know this sounds as a cliché but since I have memory, since my childhood, I always wanted to be an artist. My mother always told me this… as I spent hours a day working on different artistic and handcraft projects, lots of sewing, knitting, embroidery, ceramics and drawing. I pretty much grew up this way and I can’t remember having to “decide” I will be an artist.” - Johanna Unzueta
