It turned out to be sort of reasonable. Art making gave me the ability to bring together all my interests overtime, it is like this amazing container or frame to think through endless sets of questions. I can think about history, geography, politics, storytelling…how we collectively remember events. Art making asks me to continually shift my perspective, which I appreciate.” - Alex Callender .
