For #MuseumInstaSwap 2017 The Drawing Center is giving you an inside look at our neighbor the New Museum newmuseum. This is our last post. Thanks for following along today. The New Museum is a short walk from us here at The Drawing Center, but for those not in the neighborhood, the Museum can place exhibitions right in our hands via its affiliate rhizomedotorg. The organization is dedicated to promoting and engaging with digital-native artworks, and organizes “First Look”, a series of digital exhibitions, along with the New Museum. The current “Artists’ VR” exhibition can be downloaded via the free First Look: Artists’ VR App, and explored either as an immersive two dimensional 360 degree experience on a phone or tablet, or as a virtual reality experience with VR viewers like Google Cardboard.
