And that’s because their food is expertly made but accessible: you can see every ingredient that goes into each dish, each plate a flawless multicolored spread. I have visited The Dutch several times, mostly to celebrate special events, and never left disappointed. Their oysters are one of their biggest draws, as fresh and briney as you’re likely to find in a Manhattan restaurant.
